Rates

Rates are based upon Standard turnaround

1-2 speakers: $1.00 per audio minute

3-4 speakers: $1.25 per audio minute

5+ speakers: $1.50 per audio minute

Standard turnaround: 5 business days

Expedited turnaround: (2–3 days) 25% surcharge

Rush charges: (1-day) 50% surcharge

Timecoding: 10% surcharge

To receive a quote on your job, or if you have questions, use the form on my Contact Page to reach me, or you can email me directly at boosttranscription@gmail.com. Make sure to include the number of audio hours, file type (ex., audio-only, video, etc.), number of speakers, turnaround time, whether time coding is required, and whether the file presents special challenges like lots of background noise, crosstalk, or poor quality sound. Turnaround is based on time received. For instance, for a 1-day turnaround, orders placed before 5 pm weekdays are completed by 5 pm the following business day. As a pricing example, a 1-2 speaker, 30-minute file without time coding would cost $30 (30 x $1 = $30). Challenging files may incur a surcharge. Audio minutes are rounded up to the next minute.

Terms

An invoice will be included with delivery. Full payment is due within two weeks of delivery.
Ongoing assignments will be billed bi-weekly. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required.
